U.S. cybersecurity company CrowdStrike is in advanced talks to acquire the Israeli startup Orion Security for about $500 million, Calcalist reported on October 12.
No deal has been completed.
Orion, founded in 2024, builds an AI platform that protects sensitive company data by looking at how information is used and moved.
It has raised $38 million, including a $32 million Series A in February led by Norwest Venture Partners.
Calcalist says the company has about 20 employees and is expanding in Israel and New York.
CrowdStrike has bought several Israeli startups, including Seraphic Security in January 2026.
